Global Rights Alert (GRA) has been implementing a three year project titled “Promoting Community Interests in Extractive Sector Development” whose focus was to enhance citizens’ pro-active engagement on their interests and concerns with key actors in mining and Oil sector. GRA plans to conduct an end of project evaluation to ascertain level of impact, success in line with the project objectives. To accomplish this, we seek to obtain the services of a competent consultant or firm that will work in close collaboration with GRA with a view of building internal capacity to undertake similar assignments in future.
