  • Oil And Uganda’s Budget For FY 2014/15

    A report on critical issue of Resettlement and Compensation for the 7118 persons affected by the proposed Oil Refinery in Hoima District.

    The national budget for the year 2014/2014 shows that government has again not committed adequate funds to cater for urgent Resettlement and Compensation of the oil Refinery Affected Persons. Such scenarios will only worsen the human rights risks and violations of the Refinery Affected Persons.
